The Orange County Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society invites you to join us as Congressman Ken Buck discusses new threats to the rule of law, including assaults on property rights and the unequal application of the law. He will address specific measures he and his colleagues are pursuing in Congress to defend the rule of law. As the new ranking member of the House antitrust subcommittee, he will also describe the threats posed by Big Tech, and conservatives’ agenda in the antitrust sphere.
